since we didn't carve pumpkins last year, this was cricket's first experience. she really enjoyed sniffing the pumpkins. a little strange, but as long as she wasn't in the way, we allowed her to "participate" in carving. we got the pumpkins from the store, but i hope to visit a corn maze/pumpkin patch before halloween. it was a great evening - we watched private practice and the office and carved away. can you guess which pumpkin was carved by which one of us?

ya'll are great pumpkin carvers. almost as good as grandpa bussey.
